Pricing

$249 for the site. Paid after you have seen it.

We build your site first and put it in your portal. Building it is $0 and commits you to nothing. If you want to keep it, that is $249 once , and then it is yours, hosted wherever you like. If you would rather we ran it, the two tiers above include hosting and Site Care, at $39 a month.

We build the finished site and put it in your portal. Nothing is charged to build it, and nothing is charged to look at it.

What happens

  • You send your practice name and your Google listing
  • We build the finished site from your own public listing
  • It is in your portal and you read it on your phone
  • Someone walks you through every line that we wrote about you

What it commits you to

  • Nothing. There is no card, no deposit and no order to cancel
  • The $249 is not mentioned again unless you want the site
  • Say no and we part company with the link closed
  • Nothing about your practice is published until you say so

Three prices, and one of them runs

Paid after you have seen the finished site. Not before, and not in instalments.

the site
$249 once

Every file, yours, and nothing recurring to us ever. You arrange your own hosting and pay whoever you like for it.

Included

the site, and we run it
$400 once

Everything in the site price, plus us running it, the hosting, your domain, the certificate and Site Care, for $39 a month.

Everything above, plus

  • $39 a month, started when the site goes live , or move it to any host you like and pay us nothing further
+ the front-desk work
$500 once

Everything in the price beside it, and $100 more, same $39 a month. That $100 buys the two things below, which are about bringing patients in rather than describing the practice. This is the one most practices should pick.

Everything above, plus

None of these are paid until you have read your finished site. Send us your practice name and your Google listing and we build it first, at $0. Read it on your phone. Then pick a price above, or walk away.

Send us your practice details

Three prices. The first is a one-time payment and that is the end of it. The other two are $400 and $500 once, then $39 a month while we run the site for you. Hosting only ever comes with that monthly, never as a separate line, and the monthly has no term , stop it and the following month is not billed, and the site stays yours.

Site Care

The site is the thing that goes stale

A website is not finished on the day it goes up. A treatment gets added and the site never mentions it. A dentist joins and the team page is two years old. The reviews on it are the ones we could find that week. Site Care is what the $39 a month is for.

What goes stale, and how fast

  • Something you start offering. A patient comes in for a cleaning and never learns you do aligners, because the site still lists six treatments
  • Your team. The page was written the week we built the site. Somebody has joined since
  • Your photographs. The ones on it are the ones we could find publicly, which is rarely the ones you would choose
  • Your reviews. The best proof you have, frozen at whatever Google happened to be showing that week

Site Care, for $39 a month

All of the below, for as long as we are running the site. It is included in the monthly , there is no separate bill for it, and no separate thing to buy.

  • New pages whenever you add a service , Implants, aligners, whitening, a new dentist joining, a second location. Tell us what you now offer and we write the page and add it. A practice that starts offering something and never says so on its own site is leaving the easiest work on the table.
  • A landing page every quarter , Pick the one treatment you want more of this quarter and we build a page designed to fill it. Four a year, included.
  • Your Google reviews, quoted , Social proof rather than a screenshot from two years ago, with the reviewer’s name and the date. Google’s Places API returns at most five reviews for a place and there is no way to page past them, so we take what Google gives us rather than pretend to have all of them. Refreshing them is a message to us , we do not poll Google for you, because a review arriving should never change a published site without a person reading it first.
  • Unlimited changes, with "change" written down , Text, hours, prices, photographs, team members, an existing page , send it and it is done. No quota and no hourly rate. New pages, new features, and anything that needs a developer are quoted separately, so "unlimited" can never be read as "anything".
  • New photographs, whenever you have them , A new team member, a remodelled room, better headshots. Send them over and they go up.
  • Kept fast, and a certificate that renews itself , Served from the edge with HTTPS that renews on its own, so there is no certificate to let lapse. We do not run an uptime monitor, and the terms say plainly that we do not promise an uptime percentage: we would rather say that than imply a number we do not measure.
  • A monthly one-pager, when we have something to put on it , Not yet. A one-pager of who found the site and what they read needs analytics collecting it, and this site collects none , no trackers, no third-party tags, which is the same promise the privacy page makes. Rather than ship a report of zeroes we have left it off until we can fill it honestly.
  • Same-day edits , A person who knows your site, on the same day you ask. Not a ticket queue.

$39 a month, against $99 to $450 a month elsewhere. A care plan from a vendor with published pricing runs $99 to $450 a month , about $1,188 to $5,400 a year , for roughly what is in the list above, and most of them cap how many changes you get. Ours is $39 a month, and it is the same $39 whether or not you took the front-desk work.

The $39 a month covers the hosting, the certificate and Site Care , the new pages, the quarterly landing page, the unlimited changes and the monthly one-pager. It starts when the site goes live, and you can stop it at any time. If you stop it, the site stays yours and keeps working; we simply stop looking after it.

Already have a site with us, or taking the files? Start Site Care on its own and we will run whatever you have: the hosting, the certificate and the changes. If you took one of the hosted prices, the monthly is what keeps it running , start it here and we will not bill you twice for anything.

Start Site Care , $39 a month

What is not in the $249

Item How it works
Hosting on its own Hosting cannot be bought without the monthly, because running a site for a month is the whole of the service: $39 a month, and you can stop that whenever you like. It comes with the $400 price automatically. If you would rather host it yourself, take the $249 price and pay us nothing further, ever.
Changes, on the cheaper price Quoted before any work starts. Or make them yourself, the code is yours and it is plain HTML. On either hosted price they are included, and the definition of "change" is written down in the terms.
New pages later Quoted the same way if you are not on a hosted price. Included if you are.
Site Care on its own You can start it by itself for $39 a month, useful if you took the $249 files and would now rather we ran it, or if your site lives somewhere else. It is the same $39 either way, and it includes the hosting. See what the monthly covers.

Monthly figures are quoted from each company's own published page, not summarised: My Social Practice lists website tiers at $199, $399 and $399 a month and puts the market range at $150-400; Dentive reports vendors charging "often around $450 a month" and ongoing management at $89-300, and attributes the $450 figure to Dental Marketo rather than to itself; Routeless Go is $99 a month with no annual contract. They are the published prices of three companies at a point in time, not a survey and not quotes. The last two rows describe what those arrangements usually require, not what any one vendor promises.

You own the domain, the code and the content

The domain

It is registered in the practice's name, not ours. If we register it for you, the registration is still yours and the renewal is passed through at cost. If you already have one, nothing changes hands and we point it where you say.

The code

Every page we write for you is yours from the day we hand it over. There is no export fee, no permission to ask for, and no licence key that stops working if you stop paying us. The $249 is literally the files.

The content

The words, the photos, the hours, the reviews we build from your listing. Take all of it with you. If you leave, we delete our copy of the site and you keep yours.

Your patient requests

Requests made on your site are emailed straight to the practice. They are never stored in a database, and there is no Chairside system holding patient information for anyone to take.

If you do not want the site

You tell us it is a no and you are finished. You paid $0 to look, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to chase. No form, no phone call required, no reason needed. If you would rather we closed the preview in your portal for you, reply to the email we sent or write to richard@grea.site with the practice name. Once a link is closed the site is deleted.

If you do want it, the $249 is paid once and the files are handed over. Because the site has been seen and approved by then, that payment is not refundable , the work was done and it was delivered. Full wording on the refund policy page.

See it first. Decide after.
