chairside

See your finished website before you pay for it.

Send us your practice name and any link. We build the real site, your hours, your services and your reviews, and email you the link to read it on your phone. Building it costs $0.

If you want to keep it, that starts at $249, paid once, and every file is yours. Or $400 and we run the whole thing for you , the hosting, your domain and Site Care , for $39 a month.

No card to start, no contract, no subscription. You own the code, the content and the domain.

Three steps. That is the whole thing.

The hard part of a new website is normally the project around it. There is no project here.

1

Send us your practice name and any link

Google listing, an old website, a Facebook page, or just the name and address. Two minutes, no card, no call back. We read whatever you send and pull from it what patients actually want: your hours, your services, your reviews.

Nothing to install, nothing to cancel later.

2

We build the finished site and put it in your portal

Not a mockup and not a screenshot. The real site, finished, with your hours, your services and your reviews already on it. The link that opens it renders in your browser in seconds, so there is nothing to wait for. We check it before it goes out, because a site going to a patient is a promise, and we would rather hold it back than send you something we have not read.

Then read back to you line by line, by hand, for anything that is not true.

3

Pay once, only if you want to keep it

No charge until you have seen the site and decided. Then $249 for the site on its own and you host it, or $400 to have us run the whole thing , $39 a month after that. $500 adds the front-desk work. Every file is yours either way.

You own the code, the content and the domain, from the first minute.

What happens on each side, step by step

What the finished site is

Real HTML, hand-built for your practice, small enough to be usable in about a second and a half on a phone. You see the finished site , your name, your hours, your reviews , before anyone asks you for money.

<1.5s to be usable on a phone

The average mobile page takes 22 seconds to finish loading. This one is static HTML: nothing to boot, nothing to hydrate, no framework waiting on a server.

53% leave after three seconds

More than half of mobile visitors abandon a page that takes longer than three seconds, measured by Google across 3,700 sites. A slow site is not a slow site , it is a patient who never read your hours.

4 questions a patient needs answered

Are you open, are you near me, do you take my insurance, and how do I book. Those are the only four things the site has to settle. The page that loads is the page that gets read.

100% yours, always

You own the code, the images, the copy and the domain. No export fee, no lock-in, no vendor holding your site back if you ever want to leave.

Sources: Google, The Need for Mobile Speed (2016) and Mobile Page Speed: New Industry Benchmarks (2017) for the 22-second load time and the 53% abandonment figure. Our load time is ours, measured on this site over 3G at a 390px viewport; we re-run it rather than quote a number we have not checked.

It is built for the patient who is looking you up right now, usually on a phone, usually reading a review at the same time. So the site answers the four things patients actually want: are you open, are you near me, do you take my insurance, and how do I book.

  • Your hours, services, address and phone, correct and at the top
  • Your reviews, quoted from your own public listing
  • Requests from the site go straight to your front desk by email
  • Patient information never touches a database of ours, so there is nothing to breach

Built for your kind of practice

The same care goes into every one of these. What changes is what the site leads with, because a parent booking braces is not the same conversation as a patient booking a cleaning.

Two parents and three children sitting together at home

General and family dentistry

Opens on the whole family, and on the years you have looked after them.

Close-up of orthodontic brackets and archwire fitted to a patient’s teeth

Orthodontics

Leads with braces, aligners, and the treatment timeline parents ask about first.

A child sitting with a smiling dental professional giving a thumbs up

Pediatric dentistry

Built to reassure a nervous parent before they ever call you.

A teeth whitening procedure being carried out in a clinic

Cosmetic dentistry

Whitening, veneers and smile work, shown the way patients search for them.

A dental model showing teeth and gum structure

Implants and restorative

Implants, crowns and bridges, with the questions patients ask priced in.

Dental instruments laid out on a tray in a clinic

Oral surgery

Extractions and surgical care, written plainly, with aftercare up front.

Three prices. One of them keeps going.

The site on its own, and you host it. Or the site plus us running it , the hosting, your domain and Site Care , for $39 a month, which you can stop whenever you like. $100 more adds the front-desk work that brings patients back.

the site

  • Every page, finished and in your portal before you pay
  • The code, the images and the copy , all of it yours
  • Your domain pointed at it, whenever you are ready
  • No monthly fee to us, ever

the site, and we run it
$400 once

Then $39 a month, and there is nothing for you to set up or maintain.

  • We host the site, keep it fast
  • Your domain pointed at it, done for you
  • A console your front desk can use to change hours or post a closing
  • Site Care from day one , new pages, a landing page each quarter, unlimited changes
What the monthly covers
+ the front-desk work
$500 once

$100 more, and we keep the parts that bring patients in running too. Same $39 a month as the price beside it.

  • A front desk on the site, answering only from your own record
  • Your site in Spanish too, from the same page , the Spanish render (in build)
  • A quarterly report of the questions patients actually asked
  • First in line for every module we ship next
  • Unlimited changes, for as long as you are with us

Building it costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Everything that is included, and what is not

What you are actually buying

Compared to the vendors most practices are already paying, month after month.

Monthly figures are quoted from each company's own published page, not summarised: My Social Practice lists website tiers at $199, $399 and $399 a month and puts the market range at $150-400; Dentive reports vendors charging "often around $450 a month" and ongoing management at $89-300, and attributes the $450 figure to Dental Marketo rather than to itself; Routeless Go is $99 a month with no annual contract. They are the published prices of three companies at a point in time, not a survey and not quotes. The last two rows describe what those arrangements usually require, not what any one vendor promises.

Questions we get asked

What do I pay before I have seen anything?

Nothing. Building the site and showing it to you is $0. A price only comes up after you have looked at the finished site and told us you want it , $249 on its own, or $400 with us running it for $39 a month.

What if I do not like it?

Then you say no and nothing further happens. There is no card on file, no cancellation to make and no fee to pay. We built it because we thought it was worth showing you.

Is there a contract?

No. The site on its own is a one-time $249 and there is no ongoing charge from us at all. If we run it, that is $400 once and then $39 a month with no term , stop it and the following month is not billed, and the site stays yours.

Can I move it somewhere else later?

Yes. You own the domain, the code and the content from the first minute. Nothing is held back and there is no export fee if you leave.

What happens to patient information?

Requests made through your site are emailed straight to the practice. Nothing about a patient is stored on our side, so there is nothing for us to lose.
