If we run it, that is $400 once and then $39 a month with no term: stop it and the following month is not billed, and the site stays yours. Nobody is locked in, and nothing on this site says otherwise.

Then you say so and that is the end of it. You paid $0 to look, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to chase. We close the preview in your portal and delete our copy. There is no card on file and nothing to cancel.

Because a proposal is worth nothing and a finished site is worth a lot. A preview you cannot open before signing is not a preview, which is why ours opens first. We would rather you judged the real thing on your own phone, and if it is not good enough you owe us nothing.

You do. The domain is registered in the practice name. The code we write for you is yours once it is handed over, with no licence key and no export fee. The words, the photos and the content are yours from the start, because most of it came from your own listing in the first place.

Yes, and you do not need our permission or our help to do it. The $249 is literally the files. If we are hosting it, ask and we send the same files and then stop hosting it. Move it to any host, hand it to any developer, or park it. Nothing is held back and there is no leaving fee.

There is no queue and nothing is built in advance. The moment your listing reaches us the site is generated and rendered in your browser, which is why it appears in seconds rather than days. The one thing that needs a person is a listing that is thin, out of date or contradictory: we will not invent the parts we cannot source, so we write to you about those instead of shipping a site with guesses in it.

In your portal, which is the same page every time and needs no software. Sign in with one tap on Google, or with a one-time link we email you , there is no password to remember and nothing to install. Your site sits in there under your practice name, and any comment you leave on it stays beside the exact line you wrote it on, so we know which sentence you mean.

Requests from your site are emailed straight to the practice. Nothing about a patient is ever stored. No database, no Chairside system, no spreadsheet, no analytics profile with a patient name in it. The only copy is the one in your own inbox, and when you delete that email it is gone. This is not a policy we could relax later: there is no Chairside system to store it in.

No. Every site is written for one practice, from that practice's listing. There is no theme picker, no page builder, and no stock layout that another dentist is also using. The stack the pages are built on is the same across practices, in the same way two houses can share a foundation without being the same house. The design, the structure and the words are yours alone.

No. There is no newsletter, no drip campaign, and no list your address gets added to. You get the messages about your own site: the link when it is ready, the handover, and the answer to anything you ask. Ask us to delete the record and we do, unless we are still required to keep a payment record.

The practice name and the link to your Google listing. Those two things are enough to build the real site. A phone number and an email so we can reach you. Anything else, including a current website, is optional and only makes the first draft closer.

Then send whatever public listing you do have, or say so in the notes box. If we cannot build a real site from public information, we tell you. There is nothing to refund, because building it costs you nothing in the first place.

Then you get to compare, which is the point. We do not need access to your current site, we never touch it, and nothing goes live on your domain until you say so. Your existing site keeps serving patients while ours sits at a private address. If you pass, nothing changes for you at all.
